Awareness Through Movement classes consist of verbally-directed movement sequences presented primarily in a small group setting. Each lesson is usually organized around a particular function or movement challenge. Students will gain a greater range of motion, increased coordination and better balance. A major benefit of Awareness Through Movement is learning how your most basic movement functions are organized.
